Plan Commission meetings are broadcast live on Cable TV
1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff.
2. Approval of minutes.
3. Introduction: Preliminary overview of the progress to date on
the development of a Bicycle Master Plan for The City of Lake
Forest and presentation of introductory material. The draft plan
is scheduled to be presented to the Commission for review and
public hearing at the November meeting.

4. Preliminary Information: The City Council directed the Plan
Commission to review Section 46-10 of the City Code
pertaining to fences and consider amendments if determined to
be appropriate. Staff will review the existing Code provisions
regulating fences and recommend a process for Commission
review going forward. Presented by City staff
5. Public Testimony on non-agenda items.
6. Additional information from staff.

Plan Commission meetings follow the procedures
outlined below. In the spirit of fairness to all parties,
any of these procedures may be modified for a particular
item at the discretion of the Chairman.
1. Introduction of the item by the Chairman
2. Declaration of conflicts of interest or ex parte
contacts by members of the Commission.
3. Presentation by the Petitioner - not to exceed 20
minutes.
4. Identification of Issues by Staff - not to exceed 5
minutes.
5. Questions or requests for clarification from
Commission to Petitioner or Staff.
6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per
speaker.
7. Opportunity for cross examination.
8. Staff response to public testimony - not to exceed 5
minutes.
9. Petitioner rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes.
10. Final questions from Commission to Petitioner or
Staff.
11. Commission discussion and comment
12. Commission Action
Mandatory Adjournment time - 11:00 p.m.
The mandatory adjournment time can be extended by a
vote of the Commission or at the discretion of the
Chairman.
