Introduction of Commissioners and staff. 2. Approval of minutes. 3. Public Hearing: Continued consideration of a request for approval of a Special Use Permit authorizing a drive thru for a proposed Dunkin Donuts in the East Side Train Station Depot at 700 McKinley Road. Owner: Union Pacific Railroad, managed by The City of Lake Forest Representatives: Karim Khoja, Lake Forest Donuts, Inc. Warren Johnson Architects, Inc. Eriksson Engineering Associates 4. Public Hearing: Continued consideration of a request for approval of amendments to a Special Use Permit and approval of an alternate site plan for a portion of the Amberley Woods development located on the southeast corner of Route 60 and Saunders Road. The plan proposes a commercial development comprised of retail, restaurant and service businesses in lieu of the previously approved office development. A Whole Foods Market is proposed as the anchor tenant. In the spirit of fairness to all parties, any of these procedures may be modified for a particular item at the discretion of the Chairman. 1. Introduction of the item by the Chairman 2. Declaration of conflicts of interest or ex parte contacts by members of the Commission. 3. Presentation by the Petitioner - not to exceed 20 minutes. 4. Identification of Issues by Staff - not to exceed 5 minutes. 5. Questions or requests for clarification from Commission to Petitioner or Staff. 6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per speaker. 7. Opportunity for cross examination. 8. Staff response to public testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes. 9. Petitioner rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes. 10. Final questions from Commission to Petitioner or Staff. 11. Commission discussion and comment 12.
