1. Introduction of Board members and staff, overview of meeting procedures –
Chairman Ley
2. Consideration of approval of the minutes of the May 11, 2017 Plan
Commission meeting.
3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for approval of the
final plat for The Preserve at Westleigh Planned Preservation Subdivision
proposed on a 22 acre site located at 770 Westleigh Road. The tentative plat
for this subdivision was previously approved by the City Council based on
the recommendation of the Plan Commission. The final plat is consistent
with the tentative approval.

minutes per speaker.
