Introduction of Board members and staff, overview of meeting procedures – Chairman Davis 2. Approval of the minutes of the November 22, 2010 regular meeting. CONTINUED PETITION 3. A request from the First Presbyterian Church, 700 N. Sheridan Road, for an amendment to the Special Use Permit to authorize the incorporation of the property at 750 N. Sheridan Road into the Church campus. The property is proposed for continued residential use as a manse, a residence for the Pastor, and open space for Church use. A request for approval of variances from the side and rear yard setback requirements to allow modification to the existing attached garage at 865 Church Road. Identification of Issues by Staff - not to exceed 5 minutes. 6. Questions and requests for clarification from Board to Petitioner or Staff. 7. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per speaker. 8. Opportunity for cross examination. Requires submittal of request to cross examine prior to meeting. 9. Final Questions from Board to Petitioner or Staff, or direction to Petitioner and Staff to provide additional information. 10. Petitioner Rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes. 11.
