New Petition - Variance
3. Consideration of a request for approval of a variance for an addition
in the side yard setback at 773 Highview Terrace.

Special Use Permit -- Amendment
4. Consideration of a request for approval of an amendment to the
Special Use Permit for Ragdale, located at 1260 N. Green Bay
Road. The proposed amendment is requested to support the annual
Ragdale Ring community event. Other minor modifications are
proposed to align the Special Use Permit with the current activities on
the site.
