2. Consideration of approval of the minutes.

3. Consideration of a request for approval of a side yard setback variance
for an addition to the residence located at 425 Illinois Road.

for a second story addition over an existing first floor at 1450 W. Old

6. Consideration of a request for approval of an updated Campus Master
Plan for Lake Forest Academy located at 1500 Kennedy Road. The
updated Master Plan will be considered as an amendment to the existing
Special Use Permit.

minutes per speaker.

Petitioner or Staff, or direction to
Petitioner and Staff to provide
additional information.
