1. Introduction of Board members and City staff, overview of meeting procedures –
Chairman Looby.
2. Consideration of the minutes of the March 6, 2024 Building Review Board meeting.
3. Consideration of a new commercial building for a Starbucks on the southeast corner of
Waukegan and Everett Roads. A landscape plan will also be presented for
consideration.

4. Consideration of new residences proposed on vacant lots in the Westleigh Farm

will also be considered.
