1. Introduction of Board members and City staff, overview of meeting procedures –
Chairman Looby.
2. Consideration of the minutes from the November 1, 2023 Building Review Board
meeting.
3. Continued consideration of a request for approval of a garage and second story addition
on the north side of the residence at 1055 Beverly Place. Enclosure of a screen porch
at the south end of the residence to expand the year round living space is also proposed.

4. Consideration of a request for approval of additions and significant alterations to the
residence and construction of a carport at 1062 Valley Road. A revised site plan is also
proposed with a new driveway off of Marion Avenue.
