2. Consideration of the minutes from the December 7, 2022 Building Review Board
meeting.
3. Consideration of a request for approval of a new residence on a vacant lot, a conceptual
landscape plan, and an overall site plan. The property is addressed as 1040 Anna Lane.

4. Consideration of a request for approval of the design aspects of three buildings; a
concession/restroom pavilion, a maintenance building, and a stand-alone restroom
