Chairman Diamond.
2. Consideration of the minutes from the February 1, 2023 Building Review Board
meeting.
3. Consideration of a request for a recommendation in support of demolition of the existing
coach house/garage located on the northern portion of the property at 524 Illinois Road
and a replacement coach house/garage generally in the same location. A building scale
variance is requested.
