Chairman Looby.
2. Consideration of the minutes from the June 7, 2023 Building Review Board meeting.
3. Consideration of a request for approval of a sunroom addition on the rear of the home at
1021 Prairie Avenue. A building scale variance is requested.

4. Consideration of a request for revisions to previously approved plans for the Amberley
Woods Courtyard Homes. Revised plans are presented for homes at 1845, 1935 and
2015 Amberley Court.
