1. Introduction of Board members and City staff, overview of meeting procedures –
Chairman Diamond.
2. Consideration of the minutes from the August 8, 2019 and September 4, 2019 Building
Review Board meetings.
3. Continued consideration of a request for approval of a new residence on a vacant lot at
633 Circle Lane. Approval of tree removal and hardscape and landscape plans is also
requested. Significant bluff restoration work is planned on this property pending the
issuance of permits from outside agencies and may impact the overall site plan and
allowable square footage.
