MINUTES
I. Call to Order: The Chairman called the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners to order at 5:47
p.m.
II. Roll Call:
Present: Chairman Davis, Commissioner Kernahan, Commissioner Nikitas (arrived at 5:50
p.m.)
Absent: None
Also Present: Board Secretary Kalmar
III. Review and Approval of the Regular and Executive Session Minutes of July 17, 2018
Reviewed minutes from prior regular and executive session. No questions or revisions. Motion
by Kernahan, second by Davis, to approve the Regular and Executive Session Minutes of the
July 17, 2018 meeting. Motion carried.
IV. Review and Approval of Motion to Withdraw Charges
In the matter of charges against Officer Dominick Bellino, Chief Karl Walldorf filed a motion to
withdraw the charges. There was no opposition to that motion. Motion by Davis, second by
Kernahan, to grant the Chief’s motion to withdraw the charges and terminate all proceedings
in this matter. Motion carried.
V. Adjournment: Motion by Kernahan, second by Nikitas, to adjourn at 5:53 p.m. Motion carried.
