Approval of Minutes Recommended Action: Approval of the minutes of the May 3 and May 20, 1999 Council meeting attached beginning on page 10. 2. Consideration of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between School District 67 and The City of Lake Forest Recommended Action: Approval of the Intergovernmental Agreement. ORDINANCES 1. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 39 of The City Code of The City of Lake Forest Imposing a Tax on the Usage or Consumption of Electricity in The City of Lake Forest Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council grant first reading approval to the Ordinance. 2. Consideration of a Report and Recommendation from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Variation from the Rear Yard Setback for Property Located at 1401 N. Green Bay Road (Rowe Variation) (Final Approval) Recommended Action: Grant final approval of an ordinance for a variance from the rear yard setback to allow the construction of a screened porch, new entry way and terrace at 1401 N. Green Bay Road. The variance will allow an encroachment of the addition not to exceed 19 feet. 3. Consideration of a Report and Recommendation from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Variation from the Side Yard Setback for Property Located at 1208 Sheridan Road (Frost Variation) (First Reading and Final Approval) Recommended Action: Grant first reading and final approval of an ordinance for a variance from the side yard setback to allow the construction of an addition that will encroach into the setback three feet, the same as the existing house. 4. Consideration of a Report and Recommendation from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Variation from the Side Yard Setback for Property Located at 55 Stone Avenue (Hoffman Variation) (First Reading and Final Approval) Recommended Action: Grant first reading and final approval of an ordinance for a variance from the side yard setback to allow the construction of a sun room that will encroach into the setback a distance of 8 feet. 5. Consideration of a Report and Recommendation from the Plan Commission for Final Approval of a 2-Lot Planned Preservation Subdivision and the associated Special Use Permit for Property Located at 1145 N. Green Bay Road (Jennifer B. Anderson Subdivision, formerly known as the Martin Subdivision) (Final Approval of the Subdivision, First Reading and Grant Final Approval of the Special Use Permit ) Recommended Action: Approve a motion to grant final approval of the proposed 2-lot Jennifer B. Anderson subdivision subject to conditions as recommended by the Plan Commission. Waive first reading and grant final approval of the Special Use Permit for the Jennifer B. Anderson Planned Preservation Subdivision. 6. Consideration of an Ordinance Adopting the State Gift Ban Act (First Reading) Recommended Action: Approve first reading of an ordinance prohibiting the solicitation and acceptance of gifts - State Gift Ban Act.
