Recommended Action: Approval of the minutes of the February 2, 1998 Council meeting attached beginning on page 12.
ORDINANCES
1. Consideration of an Ordinance Granting a Lease to the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Historical Society (First Reading and Final Approval)
Recommended Action: Waive first reading and grant final approval to an ordinance authorizing a lease of the Masonic Lodge by the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Historical Society.
2. Consideration of a Report and Recommendation from the Zoning Board of Appeals Regarding a Request for a Front, Corner Side Yard and Side Yard Setback Variations for Property Located
at 400 North Thorne Lane (Montross Variation) (First Reading and Final Approval)
Recommended Action: Grant first reading and final approval to an ordinance granting the setback variations as requested by the petitioner. A copy of the ordinance is attached beginning
on page 20.
3. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending an Existing Special Use Permit to Allow Building Additions, Expansion of the Parking Areas, and Reconfiguration of the Driveways for Property
Located at 100 N. Waukegan Road (First Reading and Final Approval)
Recommended Action: Grant first reading and final approval to an ordinance granting an amendment to the Special Use Permit subject to conditions. A copy of the ordinance is attached
beginning on page 24.
4. Consideration of a Report and Recommendation from the Zoning Board of Appeals Regarding a Request for a Special Use Permit for Property Located at 400 E. Illinois Road (Gorton Community
Center) (First Reading)
Recommended Action: Grant first reading to an ordinance granting a Special Use Permit to allow the expansion of the Gorton Community Center.

1. Consideration of Renovation and Replacement of Landscape and Hardscape Materials for Market Square, owned by The City of Lake Forest, Proposed by Market Square 2000, and Presented
by Rodney Robinson, Landscape Architect
Recommended Action: Approve the proposed Market Square improvement plans and the license agreement between the City and Market Square 2000 corporation.
2. Consideration of a Resolution Accepting the Town of Fort Sheridan Company (TFSC) Construction Traffic Management Plan
Recommended Action: City Staff will prepare a Recommendation following its Meeting with
Representatives of the Town of Fort Sheridan Company.
3. Consideration of an Ordinance Disconnecting Certain Territory from Within The City of Lake Forest, Illinois
Recommended Action: Approve first reading of an ordinance disconnecting certain properties in The City of Lake Forest subject to the execution of the Construction Traffic Management
Plan by the Cities of Highland Park and Highwood.
