Introduction of Board members and staff, overview of meeting procedures – Chairman Notz. 2. Consideration of the minutes of the March 5, 2016 meeting. Residential Petition (No Variances) 3. Consideration of a request for approval of demolition of the existing residence at 104 Washington Circle and approval of a new residence and detached garage, overall site plan and landscape plan. Mandatory Adjournment time is 11:00 p.m. MEETING PROCEDURES The Building Review Board follows the procedures outlined below. Procedures may be modified at the discretion of the Chairman. 1. Introduction of the Item by the Chairman 2. Declaration of conflicts of interest or Ex Parte contacts 3. Presentation by the Petitioner -not to exceed 10 minutes. 4. Identification of Issues by Staff not to exceed 5 minutes 5. Questions and requests for clarification from the Board to Petitioner or Staff. 6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per speaker. 7. Staff response to public testimony not to exceed 5 minutes. 8. Petitioner Rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes. 9.
