3. Continued consideration of a request for approval of the demolition of the existing single
family residence located at 854 W. Everett Road and approval of a replacement residence,
attached garage, overall site plan and conceptual landscape plan.

4. Continued consideration of a request for approval of a new residential condominium building
on properties addressed as 721 and 725 McKinley Road. Consideration of the architectural
design, exterior materials, landscape, lighting and entrance piers. This building is the first
phase of redevelopment of a larger area located on the east side of McKinley Road, south of
Westminster.
