2. Approval of the minutes of the June 8, 2011 meeting.
Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of an amendment to
Chapter 20A of the Lake Forest Code, Inclusionary Housing based on
the recommendation of the Housing Trust Fund Board.
Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for approval
of a 6-lot, rental duplex development and tentative and final plat
approval of the Mendino Subdivision. The subdivision proposes
consolidation of two lots into one and incorporates an existing duplex
into the proposed development. The property proposed for
development is located at 1411 and 421 McKinley Road.

Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for a Special
Use Permit to allow a real estate office to be located at 600 N. Western.

Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for a Special
Use Permit to allow a real estate office to be located at 280 Deerpath.

Commission to Petitioner or Staff.
6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes
per speaker.
7. Opportunity for cross examination.
8. Staff response to public testimony - not to
exceed 5 minutes.
9. Petitioner rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes.
10. Final questions from Commission to
Petitioner or Staff.
11. Commission discussion and comment
