1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff.
2. Approval of minutes.
3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for a
Special Use Permit approving Phase 1 of a new Master Plan for
the Woodlands Academy Campus. Woodlands Academy is
located at 760 E. Westleigh Road. Phase 1 of the Master Plan
includes replacement of the roof top wireless antennas on Old
Main with a new cell tower located on the northern portion of
the former Barat Campus.

and SDG Land, LLC and Woodlands Academy of the Sacred
Heart

outlined below. In the spirit of fairness to all parties,
any of these procedures may be modified for a particular
item at the discretion of the Chairman.
1. Introduction of the item by the Chairman
2. Declaration of conflicts of interest or ex parte
contacts by members of the Commission.
3. Presentation by the Petitioner - not to exceed 20
minutes.
4. Identification of Issues by Staff - not to exceed 5
minutes.
5. Questions or requests for clarification from
Commission to Petitioner or Staff.
6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per
speaker.
7. Opportunity for cross examination.
8. Staff response to public testimony - not to exceed 5
minutes.
9. Petitioner rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes.
10. Final questions from Commission to Petitioner or
Staff.
11. Commission discussion and comment
12. Commission Action
Mandatory Adjournment time - 11:00 p.m.
The mandatory adjournment time can be extended by a
vote of the Commission or at the discretion of the
Chairman.
