Consideration of acceptance of the Bicycle Master Plan and
incorporation of the Plan by reference into the City’s
Comprehensive Plan.

Continued consideration of a request for a Special Use Permit to
authorize two restaurants within 150 feet of a residential zoning
district in two tenant spaces at 950 N. Western Avenue.

minutes.
5. Questions or requests for clarification from
Commission to Petitioner or Staff.
6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per
speaker.
7. Opportunity for cross examination.
8. Staff response to public testimony - not to exceed 5
minutes.
9. Petitioner rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes.
10. Final questions from Commission to Petitioner or
Staff.
11. Commission discussion and comment
12. Commission Action
Mandatory Adjournment time - 11:00 p.m.
The mandatory adjournment time can be extended by a
vote of the Commission or at the discretion of the
Chairman.
