3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of an Amendment to Section 46-24,
Special Uses, relating to Medical Cannabis Dispensaries and Cultivation Centers
in response to recent State legislation. The proposed amendment would establish
these types of facilities as Special Uses and establish review criteria.

4. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of an Amendment to Section 46-38
of the Code, R-4, Single Family Residence District, relating to the use of
accessory structures as secondary living units and establishing conditions and
limitations on this use.
