1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff.
2. Approval of minutes.
3. Public Hearing: Continued consideration of a request for approval of a Special
Use Permit authorizing a drive thru for a proposed Dunkin Donuts in the East
Side Train Station Depot at 700 McKinley Road.

4. Public Hearing: Continued consideration of a request for approval of
amendments to a Special Use Permit and approval of an alternate site plan for a
portion of the Amberley Woods development located on the southeast corner
of Route 60 and Saunders Road. The plan proposes a commercial
development comprised of retail, restaurant and service businesses in lieu of the
previously approved office development. A Whole Foods Market is proposed as
the anchor tenant.

minutes per speaker.
7. Opportunity for cross examination.
