Introduction of Commissioners and staff. 2. Approval of minutes. 3. Public Hearing: Mendino Duplex Development, 1411, 1421 and 1423 McKinley Road – Consideration of a request for approval of a duplex development comprised of two new buildings (four units) and related site improvements and request for approval of a plat of consolidation (two parcels to a single parcel). Consideration under the Planned Apartment Development provisions. Public Hearing: Consideration of a request for approval of a Special Use Permit authorizing a new restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, with a drive-thru facility. The proposed location is in the East Side Train Station Depot at 700 McKinley Road. Public Hearing: Consideration of a request for approval of amendments to the Special Use Permit and approval of an alternate plan for development of the portion of the Amberley Woods development located on the southeast corner of Route 60 and Saunders Road. The plan proposes a commercial development comprised of retail, restaurant and service businesses in lieu of the previously approved office development. A Whole Foods Market is proposed as a tenant of the commercial development. In the spirit of fairness to all parties, any of these procedures may be modified for a particular item at the discretion of the Chairman. 1. Introduction of the item by the Chairman 2. Declaration of conflicts of interest or ex parte contacts by members of the Commission. 3. Presentation by the Petitioner - not to exceed 20 minutes. 4. Identification of Issues by Staff - not to exceed 5 minutes. 5. Questions or requests for clarification from Commission to Petitioner or Staff. 6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per speaker. 7. Opportunity for cross examination. 8. Staff response to public testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes. 9. Petitioner rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes. 10. Final questions from Commission to Petitioner or Staff. 11. Commission discussion and comment 12.
