Introduction of Commissioners and staff – Chairman Ley. 2. Consideration of the minutes from the October 8, 2014 Plan Commission meeting. 3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of tentative and final approval of the St. James Church Subdivision. One additional lot is proposed along with a 10’ shift of an existing property line. The resubdivision is proposed to facilitate the sale of the property to an adjacent owner. No development is planned. The property is located at 1380 N. Waukegan Road. Property Owner: St. James Lutheran Church, Lake Bluff-Lake Forest Representatives: Randy B. Daniel, President, Church Council Anne Linn, Church representative 4. Introduction: Review of the existing Home Occupation (Home Business) standards in the City Code. No action requested at this time. 5. Public Testimony on non-agenda items. 6. Additional information from staff. • Consideration of the 2015 Plan Commission Meeting Schedule. In the spirit of fairness to all parties, any of these procedures may be modified for a particular item at the discretion of the Chairman. 1. Introduction of the item by the Chairman 2. Identification of Issues by Staff - not to exceed 5 minutes. 5. Questions or requests for clarification from Commission to Petitioner or Staff. 6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per speaker. 7. Opportunity for cross examination. 8. Staff response to public testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes. 9. Petitioner rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes. 10. Final questions from Commission to Petitioner or Staff. 11. Commission discussion and comment 12.
