1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff – Chairman Ley.
2. Consideration of the minutes from the October 8, 2014 Plan Commission
meeting.
3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of tentative and final approval of
the St. James Church Subdivision. One additional lot is proposed along with
a 10’ shift of an existing property line. The resubdivision is proposed to
facilitate the sale of the property to an adjacent owner. No development is
planned. The property is located at 1380 N. Waukegan Road.

4. Introduction: Review of the existing Home Occupation (Home Business)
standards in the City Code. No action requested at this time.
