1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff, overview of meeting procedures –
Chairman Pairitz.

3. A request for a Certificate of Appropriateness approving demolition of the
existing residence and construction of a replacement residence at 595
Circle Lane. Restoration of historic elements on the site and relocation/
modification of the existing Lily Pool are also proposed.
