1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff, overview of meeting
procedures – Chairman Pairitz.
2. Approval of the meeting minutes.

3. Consideration of a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness
approving an addition to the existing residence and driveway
modifications at 1411 N. Lake Road.

4. Consideration of a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness
approving an addition to the residence at 630 Spruce Avenue.
A building scale variance is also requested.

approving demolition of the existing residence and a replacement
residence at 595 Circle Lane. Relocation and alteration to the
