Introduction of Commissioners and staff, overview of meeting procedures – Chairman Pairitz. 2. Recognition of former Commissioner Guy Berg. 3. Approval of the meeting minutes. CONTINUED PETITION 4. Continued consideration of a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a fence, entrance gate and landscaping located at 925 N. Lake Road. Owner: Mark Kowlzan Representatives: Jeff Heaney and Michael Gould, architects NEW PETITION 5. Consideration of a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for landscaping and garden features including a reflecting pool and temple at 500 N. Green Bay Road. Additional information from staff. MEETING PROCEDURES Historic Preservation Commission meetings follow the procedures outlined below. In the spirit of fairness to all parties, any of these procedures may be modified for a particular item at the discretion of the Chairman. 1. Introduction of the Item by the Chairman 2. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest and Ex Parte Contacts by members of the Commission. 3. Presentation by the Petitioner – not to exceed 10 minutes. 4. Identification of Issues by Staff - not to exceed 5 minutes. 5. Questions or requests for clarification from Commission to Petitioner or Staff. 6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per speaker. 7. Opportunity for cross examination. Requires submittal of request to cross exam prior to meeting. 8. Final Questions from Commission to Petitioner or Staff, or direction to Petitioner and Staff to provide additional information. 9. Petitioner Rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes. 10.
