1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff, overview of meeting procedures –
Chairman Pairitz.
2. Approval of the minutes.

3. Consideration of a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness approving demolition
of an existing residence located at 287 W. Laurel Avenue and a replacement
residence, overall site plan and associated landscape plan.

Commercial Petition – Information and Input
4. Introduction of various modifications proposed at the Train Station, 700
McKinley Road, to accommodate a new tenant, Dunkin’ Donuts in the space
previously occupied by Northern Trust Bank. A drive thru facility is proposed.
The proposed work includes: modifications to the existing window, the
addition of a trash enclosure, a landscape plan for the new median, a railing
and an overall signage plan. No action by the Commission is requested on this
item at this time.
