1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff, overview of meeting procedures – Chairman
Pairitz.
2. Consideration of approval of the minutes.
3. Consideration of a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness approving an addition to
the rear of the residence located at 210 Vine Avenue. No variance is requested.
