3. Consideration of a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a new single family
residence on a vacant lot located at 810 Barberry Lane.

4. Consideration of a report on the Lake Woodbine Bridge. The Commission is asked to
make a recommendation on whether work should proceed in the direction of replacing
the bridge or if further due diligence should be undertaken to explore the feasibility and
cost of restoring and rehabilitating the existing bridge.
