Introduction of Commissioners and staff, overview of meeting procedures – Chairman Grieve. 2. Consideration of the minutes from the January 25, 2017 meeting and the February 11, 2017 workshop. Residential 3. Consideration of a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for an addition to the existing residence located at 1115 E. Illinois Road. A building scale variance is also requested. In the spirit of fairness to all parties, any of these procedures may be modified for a particular item at the discretion of the Chairman. 1. Introduction of the Item by the Chairman 2. Final Questions from Commission to Petitioner or Staff, or direction to Petitioner and Staff to provide additional information. 8. Petitioner Rebuttal - 10 minutes. 9.
