1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff, overview of meeting procedures – Chairman
Grieve.
2. Consideration of the minutes from the October 25, 2017 meeting.
3. Consideration of a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness approving the design and
exterior materials of a new structure proposed at Ragdale, 1230-1260 N. Green Bay
Road. The structure will be used as a dance studio. Landscaping is proposed near the
studio. Relocation of entrance pillars is also proposed to accommodate a widening of
the driveway entrance to the property.
