2. Consideration of approval of the minutes from the July 13, 2016 meeting.
Discussion and Recommendation
3. Continued discussion for redevelopment opportunities, parameters and
goals for the area located east of McKinley Road and south of
Westminster. Consideration of the role of the City owned property located
at 361 E. Westminster in the redevelopment of this area. No petition for
redevelopment is before the Commission for action at this time.
