3. Periodic Review – Chapter 156 – Subdivisions. Periodically, the City Code is
reviewed to: 1) make necessary corrections, 2) clarify language and 3) to
identify any Code provisions that should be recommended for substantive review
and discussion in the future.

4. Public Hearing and Action – Consideration of the Updated Official Zoning
Map. No zone changes are proposed as part of this update; instead, this update
incorporates previously approved zone changes into the City’s Official Zoning
Map.
