2. Consideration of Meeting Minutes.
3. Public Hearing and Action – Consideration of a request for approval of the
tentative and final plat of subdivision for the proposed Estate Lane Planned
Preservation Subdivision and an associated Special Use Permit. A 3-lot single
family residential subdivision is proposed for property located on the southwest
corner of Estate Lane East and Oak Knoll Drive.

Chairman.

to exceed 20 minutes.
4. Identification of Issues by Staff -
not to exceed 5 minutes.

clarification from Commission to
Petitioner or Staff.
6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5
minutes per speaker.
7. Opportunity for cross examination.
8. Staff response to public testimony -
not to exceed 5 minutes.
9. Petitioner rebuttal - not to exceed
10 minutes.
10. Final questions from Commission
to Petitioner or Staff.
