2. Consideration of approval of the minutes from the March 8, 2017 Plan
Commission meeting.
3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for approval of a Plat
of Condominium for property located at 1439-1441 McKinley Road.
The property is currently developed with a duplex. The proposed Plat will
allow each duplex unit to be held in separate ownership and will identify
common areas. Owner and Representative: 1439-1441 McKinley Road, LLC
