2. Approval of the minutes of the November 22, 2010 regular
meeting.

3. A request from the First Presbyterian Church, 700 N.
Sheridan Road, for an amendment to the Special Use
Permit to authorize the incorporation of the property at 750
N. Sheridan Road into the Church campus. The property is
proposed for continued residential use as a manse, a
residence for the Pastor, and open space for Church use.
