1. Introduction of Board members and staff, overview of meeting procedures
– Chairman Pickus.
2. Recognition of former Chairman Robert Franksen and former Board
member Jay Kennedy.
3. Consideration of approval of the minutes from the April 25, 2016 meeting.
Variances
4. Consideration of a request for a variance to allow a replacement single
family residence to encroach partially into the front yard setback at 835
Oakwood Avenue to align with other homes in the neighborhood.

allow construction of a second story addition over an existing one story

6. Continued consideration of a request for an amendment to the existing
Special Use Permit for Farwell Field at Lake Forest College, 250
Washington Road, to allow temporary lighting on the field annually for
three weeks after the end of daylight savings time.

minutes per speaker.
