1. Introduction of Board members and staff, overview of meeting procedures
– Chairman Pickus.
2. Consideration of approval of the minutes from the May 30, 2017 meeting.
Variances
3. Consideration of a request for approval of a variance from the rear yard
setback requirement to allow a single story addition to the existing
residence at 251 King Muir Road.

4. Consideration of a request for approval of a variance from the side yard
setback requirement to authorize an existing elevated patio and steps at
700 Green Briar Lane.

Amendment to Special Use Permit
5. Consideration of a request for approval of modifications to the overall site
plan for The Knollwood Club, 1890 Knollwood Road. The Club
proposes to relocate the paddle courts, construct a new paddle hut and
related amenities, modify the existing tennis courts and expand the staff
parking lot. No new uses are proposed.
